2003 Ford Explorer Rear air not working

Ok my ford is equipped with rear air and its not working from the ceiling vents. Plus when I press on gas my front air goes to defroster and when I let off it comes back. I checked fuses and there all fine. What is my problem ?

check for a vacuum leak for front problem start under dash or check for tank leakage or broken hose from engine an dpull fuse for rear air for 60 seconds , it will sometimes reset the actuators there. it will be the temp actuator in pics.for rear.
