Roy,

I tested it with my multi meter. I pulled the window off and put my negative lead to a ground and put my positive lead to the screw that was in the row of four closest to the passenger side. With the key in the on position I was getting readings of 48 and when I was cranking the motor the reading where the same.
Its not throwing any codes so my scanner isn't getting anything and I don't have a tester to test pressure. I was going to try to turn it again and watch the pressure gauge and see if it jumps up. If that the case would that indicate that there is at least enough low pressure to start it?

the high pressure oil pump feeds the injectors. your gauge will not read it. you need a scan tool capable of reading the pressure. it needs to be at least 700 lbs.

yes, that or the connector have high failure rates.

a scan tool will confirm instead of guessing.

you need to verify high pressure oil pump first.

when you get your scan tool make sure you do a buzz test on all injectors.

700 lbs on the high pressure pump and you should hear the injectors loudly one at a time
