2003 Ford E-Series Van oil

Bought a new 5.4 motor. I can't get the oil pump primed. Tried to crank it, no fuel are injectors in place. What to do! Help please.

pump should be primed prior to install and bolts should be torqued in sequence in pic. use Vaseline to prime it.
