fix power door locks?

I have a 2003 crown vic police interceptor,, my question is what do i do to fix my power door lock?? it will lock but will not unlock ,, plus it does not glow anymore,, what causes this to happen ?? i also took the relay out and that did nothing it still ?

I need to know how to fix this ;-)
