My dodge 4.7 l engine sound like a turbo or is sucking to much air?

check for a vacuum leak or the air duct has come off the throttle body or maf sensor.

What is the Maf sensor you told me to check or did you mean Map sensor

no maf sensor is right by the air cleaner, the map sensor runs off of vacuum if the duct work is broken or leaking will give you a sucking sound and it won't run correctly as well as a vacuum leak will do the same.
