2003 Dodge Caravan turn signal

I can't remember if there's a printed circuit between the bulb sockets. If there is, remove the right lamp assembly and plug it in on the left side. If all the lights work, there's a hairline break in that printed circuit.

Another common cause is if someone installed an aftermarket trailer wiring adapter and used Scotch-Lok connectors. Those don't seal out moisture and the wires will corrode at that connection.

REMOVE THE BULB OUT OF THE SOCKET

IT COULD BE BAD RIGHT OUT OF THE PACKAGE

TURN IT 180 DEGREES AND REINSTALL IT

INSURE THE INSIDE OF THE SOCKET IS

.....NOT MELTED....IS NOT DIRTY (USE ELECTRONICS SPRAY CLEANER IF NECESSARY)

.....THE PRONGS ARE NOT SPREAD TOO FAR APART (WITH THE ALL LIGHTS TURNED OFF---YOU CAN GENTLY BEND THEM CLOSER TOGETHER, PREFERABLY WITH SOMETHING PLASTIC)

........STILL NO LUCK?.....UNPLUG THE CONNECTOR TO THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY CLEAN IT---MAYBE PLUG AND UN-PLUG IT A FEW TIMES TO SORTA SCRAPE THE TERMINALS CLEAN

IT MAY ALSO BE POSSIBLE THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH COULD BE WORN OUT.....PLAY WITH IT GENTLY PULLING OR PUSHING IT WHILE ACTUATING IT, HAVE YOUR BUDDY WATCH FOR EVEN A FLICKER OF THE BULB........THIS MIGHT CONFIRM A BAD SWITCH (OR NOT)
