the head lights stay on to long after you shut the car off and the fuse under the hood makes a clicking noise I replaced the fuse still makes it

Tets the switch this way, see pictures below.
DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING - HEADLAMP SWITCH
Using a Digital Multi-meter, perform the HEADLAMP SWITCH CONTINUITY test and refer to
(Fig. 21 ).
If the Headlamp Switch is not within specifications replace the switch.
