coil pack?

Before I replace the cassette for a cylinder three misfire code might my problem be carbon build up. Have cleaned the throttle body. Also is the rear bank near the firewall called the LH pack?
The 2003 has a different system than the 2004 apparently.

Hi,

I attached a picture below showing the left and right sides of the engine. I'm not sure if you meant to say LH bank.

Cylinder 3 is located in bank 1 (right side in pic1). That would be near the firewall. Pic 2 shows cylinder 3 location.

Hi,

You are very welcome. Sorry, I missed the other question. If there is carbon buildup on a valve, it can cause a drop in compression. The easiest thing to do is to check engine compression on that cylinder to see if it is low.
