Right and Left break lights not working but High one is!

The right and left break lights are not working but the one under the back window is.
The rear running light and flashers work, it just the break lights.
I have checked the fuse which is fine.
What else might it be?

If the center high mounted stop light is working, it is neither a fault with the fuses or stop light switch.

Either there is a break ( open ) in the wiring or you have a fault with the bulbs. Did you check the bulbs?

The white and tan wire for the brake light/splice could open from the fuse block at left end of dash to the bulb socket
