it will start up, but as soon as you take your foot off of the accelerator it will die, if you keep a high rev it will drive... but runs fine when warm

is the check engine light on??

sounds like a vacuum leak or a bad idle air control.

no lights visible when engine running

you say 100k..... that would be around 62000 miles uk

and a uk spec crusier would be no different from an usa spec crusier

(that was this weeks probably real stupid question of the week!!)
