crossed jumper cables for few seconds, corrected cables and started car.Battery charged and starts ok, but fog and interior lites, door locks, remote door mirrors, and radio do not work. Fuses seem ok.

Did you check fuses in two places? Inside the car and under the hood? Computers are not happy with reversed polarity but there are always diodes built in that become a dead short to force fuses to blow when the polarity is reversed. That is designed to save those computers.

All fuses look good, what else could it be?

Best is to test for voltage on the fuses since it's common for them to blow so lightly that they still look okay. If you're sure no fuse is blown, suspect the Body Computer. All of the things you mentioned are involved with that computer.
