i have a 2003 chevy venture minivan the gauges light up but they dont move, also the gear indicator light stopped working

Check under the dash for any loose connections to the cluster. If there are none, check all fuses both under the hood and in the vehicle. If all is good, chances are the cluster itself is bad.
