how to change spark plugs

My 2003 trailblazer ls starting hopping all of a sudden and the service engine soon light began flashing. Looking at my engine, I cant find the spark plugs or the distributer cap...help please

There is no distributor cap. The plugs are in the head just as always. Before replacing the plugs, have the computer scanned to identify why the check engine light came on. It may have nothing to do with the plugs but rather a sensor. Most parts stores will scan the computer for free.
