Too. Truck in for tune up and was told that the engine was running on six. Cylinders they switched the two coils for those cylinders and nothing happened

misfires are extremely hard to diagnose so a pro should do this. it can be anything form an injector to basic engine problems. check compression and fuel pressure with a gauge autoparts rent it
