Will a battery tester that checks CCA by measring battery conductance with an AC signal determine if the battery will fade? Wally World receingly would not initially accept a battery exchange for a battery that I knew was bad. (They tested it a 2nd time and gave me another one.) I think that getting a jump-start put a charge in the battery (from my driving over) that caused it to seem to pass, but it would not hold a charge.
