2003 chevy impala engine a 34 u start the car drive down the road when u go slow like 5 or slow speeds u turn right or left there is one spot on the right n the left when u turn it drains the power down the lights dime n all. But if u feel it start to happen turn the wheel more n it goes away when it happens it also kills the engine. You restart thr car n it starts up with no problems! We put a new power steering pump with the new pulley a new fan belt a new alternator! Please help!
