i would like to know the nut size on a cadillac 2003 ext front wheel bearing!

if you ae talking about he mounting bolts for the bearing on teh back side they are eitehr 15 or 18 mm. If you are talking about the nut that holds the axle on it can be eitehr a 30-32-34- or 36 mm. it depends on whether it's a 15or 25 or 35 series truck.
