Rough idle when warm

I thought there was a bulletin at some point for possible camshaft issues. At any rate, it depends on how rough, to suggest a direction. Is there a check engine light along with this symptom? Another thing to look at, would be the fuel trim values, to indicate if the system is going rich or lean during the rough run.
