I have a 03 Cadillac deville. Recently replaced the Catalytic Converter. It was running fine. Now for an unknown reason the speedometer is all mess up. While on the highway, it keeps changing from 60mph then 20mph then 0 while the car is in motion, then it wont pull at all. I have no idea what's going on. need help fast.Any ideas?
