if the bolt is loose or off then the belt has slipped from the crank. and yes it is an interference e engine so it is more than likely there is valve damage. the belt and tensioner should be replaced at 100,000 mi the balancer bolt may have been off once before or it broke for some reason.

Thank you for your quick response but the problem is the bolt wasn't completly removed, I removed it with my hand.
The belt isn't broken and it seems on place I didn't disassembly completly the engine yet.
I need to know the reason because if I fix now the engine and the reason remains the problem will repeat.

if the bolt isn't out completely then it tore the timing belt from slippage and being old. you said you had a lot of oil on engine so it got on belt and not changed when it was supposed to be let the crank tear it up. or the tensioner became loose as well due to age. it's 12 yrs old and 150,000 mi. regular maintenance has to be done. use blue Loctite when reinstalling bolt and make sure area is clean prior to putting Loctite on it . it won't loosen.

I changed the timing belt and the bolt on september 2014 there are only 27000KM. And I replaced it with authentic geniune parts.
The timing belt isn't broken.

how tight did you tighten the bolt? was it Loctite and reason I say this is that the oil pump is right behind the belt drive so it probably got oil from there when it loosened and pump spit oil on belt ruining it.

If I remember well 40Nm.
I got the number from the e-SI general motors.
I used a torquemeter and a new bolt.
There is one year ago.

the code was probably set due to the timing belt failure and will need to be reset once it's finished. also you might try running a rethreader down the crank, not a tap as it screws up the threads.
