Heater does not blow warm air on drivers side

The warm air only comes out on the passenger side and it seems like the fan is working on both sides yet the door is stuck and only lets the warm air come out on the passenger side.

The temperature is controlled by the use of an air mix doors for both left and right when you have dual temp control that are operated by an electric motor/actuator. This door can be jammed or the actuator can be inoperative or have stripped plastic gears internally.
