how do i fix my daytime lights from coming on during a certain time of the day???

they come on at or around 9am-5pm, then they wont come on until the next day at 9am

Daytime running lights are just that: headlights that turn on during the day. It's a safety feature. It's also a law in many states.

The headlights don't turn on with the headlight switch?
