gas throttle sticking

My 2003 Buick Rendezvous at times will drive up to 50mph without even touching the gas pedal. Any suggestions? I have replaced the idle air control.

mine does the same thing , same car , same year, I does it when starting cold and seems to get better as you drive it ?? is this the throttle body?? I have no smell from anti freeze . so I don't think it's a head gasket??
