Ignition key will not go into ignition

My daughter tried another key and it got stuck in the ignition. I was able to get the key out, but now the Park Avenue key will not go into the ignition.

tumblers have been damaged. you need to replace the lock cylinder assembly. Here is how the job is done. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

After replacing the lock you will have to do a relearn on the security system too.

Check with a locksmith, he might be able to repair the tumblers.
