Cant seem to figure out what I need to do to resolve this code P2090.

Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit Low.
This code is set when the signal from the sensor is below threshold. As a result, it will affect the air fuel mixture along with other things.
What I recommend is to check for corrosion at the sensor's plug as well as damaged wiring that could be causing a short. Now keep in mind, a ground that has excessive resistance can also cause a low circuit reading. Check wiring and the connection first. If it all looks good, the sensor should be checked.

Spot on diagnosis. I took it to a shop and they traced the problem to a faulty ground wire form the CPU. A new wire was spiced in and the sensor code went away and all is happy again. Never found the cause of the faulty ground wire because it would require taking the wring harness apart for a visual inspection. Added new ground wire from CPU to sensor the Exhaust Cam Sensor. P2090 was pointing to the Exhaust Sensor as an FYI.
