how do i remove the rear seat

in my 03' 325ci???? i have removed the bottom portion but can't seem to figure out how to get out the back portion.

I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE TRUNK, BOT THE KEY AND ELECTIONS LOCK ARE NOT OPERATIONAL AND THE SEAT IS A 60/40.... NON FOLDING SEAT... I HAVE REMOVED THE SIDE PANELS AND I AM UNABLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO OFF THE BACK PRTION OF THE SEAT

52 26 005 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR SEAT (THROUGH-LOADING SYSTEM)
4-door models only:
Unclip rear seat on left/right towards top.
For op. ext. seat heating only:
Disconnect cable.
Lift out seat.
Installation:
Feed belt buckles and lap belt (1) through intended openings into correct position.

2-door models only:
Unclip rear seat on left/right towards top.
For op. ext. seat heating only:
Disconnect cable.
Pull out seat (if necessary under armrests) towards front.
