2003 BMW 325i clutch pedal is really stiff

I changed the clutch in bmw 325i and now my clutch pedal really stiff? Do I need to bleed it more? Also it goes into gear but I gotta push it in gear harder than I used to before I put the new clutch in? Before I could slip it into gear with a finger or two and now I gotta used my hand and kinds push it hard to get it to go. And the higher the gear I try to put it in the harder it is to push it in to where as 4th and 5th gear barely will go in. PLEASE help
