running rough on startup

I have an 03 Audi tt, 1.8 litre engine, it runs rough on start up, code reads random misfire and missing on 2 and 4 cylinders. I have tried gas treatment and running non ethanol gas but neither has helped. been doing it for about 5000 miles now.....any ideas? thanks, Jim

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last tune-up??

Random misfires normally caused by vacuum leaks and bad fuel-check the sparkplugs/compression and injectors for no2 and 4 cylinders -start here
