2002 S40 volvo gear shift light wont turn on

can anyone help! I have a 2002 S40 volvo and the gear shift light does not turn on. is it hard to replace also the antena on the radio get's stuck. Thank you

i'm sending 2 pics and hope you can see them. Once you get #2 out you should see the light hooked up. this is the only pics i could find.

the antennae may have a broken piece not letting it go up or down.
