Today's cars can run a long time, but it is all based on how the vehicle was used and taken care of. One must also remember that even though the engine may still run good at a higher mileage, other things wear out. I would stay away from it for that price, but that is only my opinion. You need to check to see if there is a maint history of things that were done to the car over the years. Even then, remember there are bearings, wiring, solenoids, relays... that go bad from wear.
