how hard is it to remove the vale cover to replace the gaskets on a 2.0 turbo .

2.0L Turbo? Don't you mean 1.8L Turbo?

Most depends on how mechanical you are. You have to remove the plastics ontop of the engine and the plemun and finally the to the valve cover. I would say probably a few hours.
