my car shudders and shakes when i start engine, its constant. no warning lights or that show up. also burning oil. dont know if thats anything to do with problem.

If it's burning oil then that definitely has something to do with the shutter and shake. Take your spark plugs out and check for oily ones that are fouled. Change the plugs if you find one or more fouled plugs and see if it runs better. If it does then you have excessive oil getting into the combustion chambers probably through valve stem seals. If it doesn't run better than you may have damage in the valve train
