does not want to shift easily fro park to drive and back. also, when driving down the road,when tsans gets to high gear,the final shift is sometimes very harsh. your answer is very important to me,i need this truck everyday. thank you

I would assume you checked the transmission fluid condition and level?
The fluid should look red and not low on fluid.

Does the shifter have a hard time shifting from park to drive or is the shifter easy to move it just the transmission feels like it is having a hard time shifting from park to drive?

Any check engine light on? If so have the vehicle's computer scanned for fault code (most auto parts suppliers will do this for free).

on my 2002 tundra------oil level is just fine and there are no lights on that do not belong on. still, truck wont shift properly. any other ideas?

If there are no code the issue is mechanical inside the transmission. I would suspect an issue with the Valve body causing the harsh shift at higher speed or possibly a one of the accumulators.

on my 2002 toyota pu---------------where do i find the valve body or accumulators. can i change these out myself? i am pretty machanical.
