Depends on what you want to do really. A complete rebuild... take the head to a machine shop and see what the head needs. For the bottom end, new pistons rods rings and bearings. If it needs it, even a new crank. Hone the cylinders. If they are bad enough you might have to take those to a machine shop as well.
