engine crank but won't start?

Thanks for this post I did replace the crankshaft sensor and it started right up. I love this site. Cost me $76.00 for the part.

when i start the car it doesn't start it make funny noise can you please advise me what couse the car not to start.

Exactly how funny is that noise? If you can't describe it or determine which area it's coming from, you'll have to hold your computer a little closer to the car so I can listen to it.

You're going to have to provide some symptoms, observations, or clues that can be used to get an idea of what's happening. Does the starter spin the engine? Do the head lights or interior lights get dim, stay bright, or go out completely? Are there any other things that don't work? Since you have a manual transmission, can you push-start it and does the engine run then?

i have to push start the car

I asked a whole pile of questions to try to get some idea of what is happening. Please answer at least a few of them, otherwise you'll just have to take the vehicle to a mechanic so they can listen to it and see what is happening.

Car starts well in the morning and iddle and then after about 500 metres engine cuts out anddo not want to start again and after about an half an hour it starts and do not cut out again. What can be problem? Please do try to help me I,m desperate

Either the battery is weak or starter is bad.
Try a jump start to see if it works.
