Ok I was told I have a miss in the 3rd coil my truck shakes like crazy when in gear I have changed the coil and all the plugs. I have an extreme exhaust leak. My truck has zero power going up hill. Is it the exhaust? A miss? A bad injector? Please help MMMMEEEEEEEE!!!!!
