how do i replace fuse # 38 on the Sienna 2002. This fuse controls the automatic rear view mirrors, cigarette lighter, etc and is mentioned in the Owner's Manual. None of these devices is working and that is why I suspect that the most likely cause of failure could be a faulty fuse.
