When we stopped at a stop sign then started to go the vehicles was chugging forward with hardly any power then the chugging stopped and the car went fine. It also surges forward at tiems when we stop. We hit the gas, the engine revs and then it jumps forward. What could this be? Our mechanic says it has to do it for him for him to be able to diagnose it.
