fuel consumption display zero

The average fuel consumption, instantaneously fuel consumption and average speed calculation display zero on radio face?? I have reset it, took of battery poles but no avail.

there is a module for this function that may have failed. you need a shop with a scan tool to verify before spending the money on this part.
