The car delays in shifting to the 3rd gear, engine has to go over 3200 rpm then II have to release the accelerator paddle for the gear to shift into the 3rd gear and it doesn't' not shift to the 4th gear at all. This problem appears after I send the car for replacing the water pump and the battery was disconnected for several days.
