The car is probably knocking at all speeds but gets quieter the faster the engine is turning .. I would have a tech look at the vehicle to determine where the knock is coming from .. I doubt it is just a bad spark plug ?

If need a spark plugs engine would be running rough and have a misfiring codes
to have a knocking sound at idle check oil and oil pressure
check and make sure have the correct oil filter
Check belt and accessories driven by it
alos check Exhaust shield
