my boyfriend accidentally hooked up the jumper cables backwards for just a couple of seconds and now the car won't turn start, it just sits there and cranks. is there an inline fuse somewhere that needs to be replaced. he has checked all the other fuses and they are ok but the owner's manual says something about the inline fuse.
