i have restriction on the switch to adjust to defrost,it seems like something is jammed inside,i have lots of air flow anb heat.how do i get excess

Your going to have to pull the center ac vent out and look down in there with a flashight while operating the mode door.Look for the felt peeling off the mode door jambing it up.That is the most common thing i have seen happen.
