2002 Saturn SL1 need repair help

i have a 2002 saturn sl1 and recently it started to make a loud winding noise so i used my carmd to get the codes. it gave out code p0410,p0404,p0128 . i need help with what parts need to be replaced and maybe a couple helpful hints on how

When you start the engine cold can you hear the air injection fan kick on and shut off?Do you burn a lot of oil in between oil changes?The P0128 is thermostat bellow regulator temp I would replace the thermostat and the coolant temp sensor for that code.The P0410 is for the air injection system there is a few things that happen the combo valve fails or the air injection ports clog up in the head.Thats why I asked about if you burn a lot of oil.
