Does the starter make any noise while trying to start it?Are you geting power to the small purple wire at the starter while cranking? Also automatic or manual transmission?

not even cranking at all. didn't ck the small wire for power tho. Did cross over on solenoid and still lacked ability to turn starter when on car. bench cked in machine and start was oked then back on is again a no go. Automatic trans. will ck solenoid pur / switch wire tomorrow for power tho. Does any wrong connections elsewhere cause the computer or any relays to not alllow full power to starter or cause a nonactivation in the system somehow?

If the starter doesnt kick from jumping the starter you have a bad battery or bad connection on the negative and or positive cable.

Thats why it only starts on starting fluid the security system has shut down the fuel injectors.so it wont start.Have you tried relearning the pass lock sensor?Your going to have to scan the body control module for codes at some point to get the codes why the security system is kicking in.A diyer scan tool wont read body control module codes.

I was in error I think on the security light as following up on your fix guide didn't help and the light wasn't on (or flashing) other than as i engaged to start then it would go off. I researched this passlock in depth too with your helpful lead and now note light cant turn off at 10 if it aint on.

Any other suggestions now that I screwwed up so to say

so with the key in the run position not trying to start it is a security light on solid or flashing? If not I would check in the actual fuel pressure? That's where i would start next if it starts on a prime
