I assume you have tested and confirmed the switch is faulty.
To remove center trim plate.
A. Grab trim plate at A/C vent area and pull gently to disengage attaching clips.
B. Tilt trim plate sideways.
C. Disconnect driver heated seat/fog switch, hazard switch, and
traction/passenger heated seat switch electrical connectors and remove trim plate.
