I can't get my front passenger wheel off. Theres some sort of nut in the center thats not on the back tires. How do I get the wheel off?

Don't touch that nut. It's tightness is critical. If you have all the lug nuts off the wheel is just corroded to the hub. Hit the bottom of the wheel on the bottom of the inside with a rubber mall.
