door locks not working?

Are you sure nothing else is inop in the car?Almost sounds like a bad body control module.

One highbeam is very dim and my interior dome light stays on very dim. Other than that everything is fine. Thanks for answering.

From the symptoms sounds like a bad body control module its really common for them to go bad on those cars.I have replaced tons of them you can get the body control module scanned for codes which I diyer or auto parts store cant read those codes.But it sounds like. Bad body control module.

I have a 4 door 2.2L Saturn L200. Recently the power lock button on the car doors stopped working. It appears to be something with the power lock circuit relative to the power lock buttons. All power lock buttons are non-functional, but all power locks are functional when car is in gear (the doors auto-lock), and when the car is turned off and pulling out the ignition key.

I don't know where to look to check the wiring/switching for the power lock buttons (assuming that is the problem.) I have not reset the BCM yet (which was an idea posed to someone with a slightly similar problem.

Anything else inop like gas gauge temp gauge not coming out of park etc?Also do you have keyless entry?If you do does it work?Its pretty common for the bcms to fail on those cars.

No keyless entry, nothing else is non functional

I would have your body control module scanned for door lock codes let me know the exact code numbers not code descriptions?The diyer scan wont read the body control module.

yes everything works, but stereo, pwr door locks, pwr seats, fuses are good, all lights work, dash lights and stereo lights, heated seats trunk remote work, cant unlock or lock doors, cant move the seat, and cant hear the stereo, I can see the radio station, or the song number but just no sound. Idk? just those stopped working. it's weird.

Just try the the top paragraph for now.You checked all the fuse's in the left and right fuse panel and the under hood fuse box?

checked all fuses in all panles, they are all good.

See if you have power to the orange wire at each door lock switch on the front door's.Let me know what you find.

driver side front door will not unlock, it has not worked with the dey fob for a month, (the other three doors and the back door work with the fob and manually) now, the door will not unlock with the fob or the key or manually

In the right fews box, there is power to some fewses and some ant getting power. so i dont know?

So the door won't open up at all?Even if you manually open the door?If that's the case then you have a bad latch or bent lock rod linkage.When you use the power lock's with the tab on that door go up and down when locking and unlocking?

Iam talking about the door lock switches that are on the front door's.Pop the door lock switches loose and see if your getting power the orange wire's to both switches.

no power to orange wiers on both locks in both doors,

Alright if you have power to both side's of your body fuse in the right hand fuse box then you have a open in the circuit from the fuse to the switches on the door's.Now check the orange wire to your driver's power seat switch it should have power.

I dont have power to body, seats, door lock feuses in the right fews box. but have power to everything els in that box.

Sound's like your going to have to pull that fuse box loose and see why those fuse's don't have power.You could try moving wire's around while looking for power to those fuse's.
