Would a clogged fuel filter cause hose at injection system to blow of and cause fuel pressure problems

I changed injectiom pump and ran fine for to weeks now fuel is building up pressure and blowing hose off at engine

i dont think so sounds like fuel pressure regulator or you pump

Check the fuel pressure before and after the pressure regulator.
