2002 Pontiac Montana Rear airconditioning

first try pulling fuse for hvac with key on for 60 seconds then reinstall. this may reset the actuators. if not the actuator may not be getting power which a pro will have to scan to see if it's the control head or not. actuator pictured for lh side. I am assuming the a/c works ok, if on max the one pipe will get very cold. If not it may be an a/c problem which a pro will need to diagnose. if you have to take actuators out you'll needto pull dash.
